THE TRUTH THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH

THE TRUTH THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH

A One-Man Stage Encounter written and performed by Obadiah

Raw. Relentless. Reverent.

The Truth is a solo theatrical eruption that blurs the lines between testimony, poetry, and protest. Performed and written by Obadiah, this one-man play interrogates identity, systemic injustice, and spiritual survival in a world that punishes honesty and rewards silence.

Rooted in the rhythm of spoken word and the intimacy of confessional theatre, the piece draws from real-life conversations, ancestral memory, and inner monologue. What happens when a man dares to speak his truth in a society built on denial? Who listens? Who resists?

Staged with nothing. The Truth is not just a performance — it’s a reckoning.

Developed with support from Camden People’s Theatre, Guildhall school, Pleasance Theatre & Barbican, this production is a call to witness, a demand for dignity, and a love letter to those still searching for their voice.
